John Dean was White House Counsul to President Richard Nixon from 1970-73. He was deeply involved in the Watergate scandel and was convicted of multiple felonies and became a key witness for the prosecution. Dean is currently an author, columnist, and commentator on contemporary politics - he has writted three books recently culminating in "Broken Government: How Republican Rule Destroyed The Legislative, Executive and Judicial Branches" which is the subject of this interview.
